Providing national educational opportunities and industry connections for students in casting, design, and production for local, regional, and national competitions.
What is Casting Dreams?
The Casting Dreams program is a national program that provides local educational opportunities and industry connections that include casting design and production that qualify for local, regional and national competitions.
We aim to provide school-age students with the chance to design and create unique metal-cast objects, helping them learn about the casting process while also serving as a recruitment tool for educational institutions and the industry.
How does it work?
Our hope for this program is to bring students and the industry together to form lasting relationships and impressions of a metal casting career path.
The program provides an opportunity for local foundries and suppliers to contribute to prizes and the local organizations scholarship fund. Local foundries will have the opportunity to offer summer internships to of age winners or interested participants. We can provide industry engagement through our metal casting competitions
